Refund Policy

Returns and refunds is only allowed if there are major damage or defects of products or if a wrong order has been delivered. 

Kindly inform us with photos within 3 days of receiving the ordered items. For any successful refunds or replacements, customer shall receive their refund or replacement within 3 – 5 working days after confirmation from our management. 

For the items to be eligible for a refund, your items must be defective or damaged and has  to include the items below:
a) The original receipt provided
b) Price tag to not be removed (if any)
c) We require state-issued photo identification for refunds. If you choose not to provide us with an ID, we unfortunately will not accept any refund requests.

You can contact us at customerservice@a-mart.com.my. for any refunds or replacements.

Items sent back to us without prior refund or replacement request will not be accepted. You will be responsible to bear the shipping costs for returns.

This Policy Does Not Apply To:
a) Frozen and chilled food
b) Fresh produce
c) Perishable and/or semi-perishable goods
d) Clearance/Promotional/Sale items
e) Bulk purchases
f) Expired products while they expired in customer’s possession after purchase
