Important Information For Quarantine Guests (PUS) Staying at Quarantine Hotels

Things To Take Note Before You Take Order:

  • Kindly provide your hotel name and room number prior to you placing your order.
  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers and e-wallet payments (Touch N’ Go, GrabPay & Boost) via IPAY88 payment gateway.
  • Due to personal safety concerns as stated by KKM, we are unable to deliver items in aluminum cans, glass bottles or tins, alcoholic drinks, cigarettes and medication to PUS staying at quarantine hotels. If you have accidentally purchased a prohibited item, we will keep your purchased goods at our Yap Kwan Seng outlet for your collection once you have cleared your quarantine period. Kindly present your receipts or proof of payment while collecting your goods.
  • Kindly take note of the delivery time slots for same-day deliveries as per the below from A-Mart website: 
    11AM – 1PM Slot (Cut-off time: 10.30am)   |   4PM – 6PM Slot  (Cut-off time: 3.30pm)
  • For orders placed after the cut-off time for each respective Quarantine Station, it will be delivered on the following day.
  • Kindly take note that the Quarantine Station will only deliver the ordered items to the rooms according to their time frame.
  • For quarantine guests that are staying in another Quarantine Station within Kuala Lumpur, free shipping is available for purchases above RM25.
