We currently provide our on-demand delivery service within the Klang Valley region with these postcode areas only: 46200, 50000, 50050, 50088, 50100, 50150, 50200, 50250, 50300, 50350, 50400, 50450.

We offer Free Local Delivery for all orders above RM25 within 5KM only.

 

There will be a flat-rate delivery charge of RM5 for orders below RM25 within 2KM; flat-rate delivery charge of RM8 for orders below RM25 within 5KM.

*Self pickup service is available

We have two delivery slots, the first batch of deliveries goes out at 11.00am(AM Slot), and the second batch of deliveries goes out at 4.00pm (PM Slot).

All orders made before the cut-off time as shown below are eligible to enjoy our same-day delivery service:
AM Slot Cut-Off Time: 10.30am
PM Slot Cut-Off Time: 3.30pm

It will be delivered on the NEXT SLOT for orders placed after the cut-off time (10.30am) and delivered on the NEXT DAY for orders placed after the cut-off time (3.30pm)

We will prompt you prior to sending any orders out. If by any chance the items ordered are unable to be delivered for any reason within 10 minutes from the agreed delivery time, our rider will continue with other deliveries and your order will be cancelled with no refunds.

Please check if the provided shipping address is correct. Currently our same-day delivery service is only available to a limited area within Kuala Lumpur. Your order will be sent only to the address provided by you in the ‘Shipping Address’ section before completion of your payment in the checkout cart.

Customers are not allowed to change the shipping address after the order has been confirmed.

Please note that any shipping address inaccuracies and/or discrepancies may result in an unsuccessful deliver which will result in order cancellation.

You are advised to check the designated delivery areas prior to ordering. We will reach out to inform you in advance if there is a need to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver to your location.

1. Your name

2. Your contact details

3. Your order number (Order #XXXXX)

4. An image of the damaged items.
